We utilise the latest Autodesk Parametric 3D CAD/CAM technologies in the initial design and proving of our attachments. This allows for much greater flexibility in design and offers the ability to make swift and simple changes to our equipment in order to accommodate any special customer modifications or product changes.

Our workshops are fully equipped to permit the entire "in-house" manufacture of our product range. Standard equipment we operate consists of production turning  and cutting machinery. Kearns Richards horizontal and Pensotti vertical high capacity digital borers for accurate machining of co-located bores. Primero CNC milling machines are used for precision milling & facing operations.

Our ESAB CNC controlled oxy-fuel & Plasma cutting machines are used for accurate profiling of steel plate from 1 to 200mm thick and we have a wide variety of specialist assembly tools manufactured for our own ease of production.
